Physiotherapy Treatment for All the Family
Is physiotherapy for me?
Are your daily activities being hindered by injury, pain, illness or disability? If so then the exercise and techniques employed by a physio may be for you.
How treatment works
It can be a big, but necessary step to consult a physiotherapist, however, there is no need to feel embarrassed or afraid. We employ a host of traditional and technological techniques to guide you on your path to recovery.
What our customers said
At Saxilby Physiotherapy, we’ve proudly served hundreds of customers over the course of fifteen years, many of which had some great things to say about the lifelong benefits our physiotherapy brings.
Other therapists working at Saxilby Physiotherapy are:-
Clare Ella Aromatherapy (www.clarellaromatherapy.co.uk) working full time offering aromatherapy massage, reiki and reflexology, Emma Harrison works on Fridays offering podiatry/chiropody services. Takisha Lake working part-time offering aesthetic treatments such as Botox and facial fillers.
Starting from May 2019 there will be a new physiotherapist joining the team. Julia Nell will be working in the community providing physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients in their own homes/care homes.
This is such an important service for patients in need of physiotherapy but who have health or mobility issues which restrict their ability to come to the clinic for appointments. Physiotherapy treatment on home visits will be available for all musculoskeletal (muscles, bones, joints, spine, limbs etc) conditions, but unfortunately, we will not be able to offer home visits for neurological conditions at this time.
Just the same as with clinic appointments each session will be 45 minutes long. The initial session including an in-depth assessment followed by treatment and follow up sessions being predominantly treatment time after a brief re-assessment.
As there will be a high demand for home visits this service will be restricted to those patients with a genuine need rather than just for patients own convenience, so please don’t be offended if you are asked some questions about your mobility and health issues at the time of booking.
For more information about home visits or any enquiries please call 01522 274782 or email.
Prices for home visits:
£55 within 5 miles of the clinic
£60 for between 5-10 miles of the clinic
Any home visits further than 10miles from the clinic may need to be priced individually depending on travel time.
